President's Message

Charlotte Newcomers Club (CNC) is a non-profit woman's social club dedicated to welcoming you to the state of North Carolina and the Greater Charlotte metro area. At the time our club was founded in 1957, members joined because they were new to the area. Today anyone can join and stay as long as they like.

Whether you have lived here for some time or you are new to the area, we welcome you.

As a club, we are turning newcomers into lifelong friends. Our Executive Board is planning future luncheons and programs so our members can come together to enjoy the camaraderie we hold so dear. Now is the perfect time to join CNC.

AS A MEMBER

You can join many of our activities and interest groups. We offer something for everyone. Our goal is to provide an organization where members have an opportunity to make new friendships, find others with common interests and join existing groups or start new ones. We welcome anyone who wants to share their time and talents through serving on our Board.

Our group activities include:

Social Outings, Travel, Canasta Hand & Foot, Canasta Samba, Dining Out, Let's go to the Movies, Mah Jongg, Book Club, Theatre, Let's Do Lunch, Walking Group, Mexican Train, Rummikub, Tripoley. Don't see it here, start a new activity.
