It is recommended that tables of 4 or more players be prearranged. Single player are welcome and there will be a new member table. Table are responsible for bringing all playing supplies, collecting completed forms, and mailing checks (payable to Charlotte Newcomers) from each player in one envelope, to Laura Nagy, 1000 Nickalaus Drive, Matthews, NC 28104.

Table Captains will receive a confirmation call, text, or email when you checks are received. Deadline for reservations is April 11th. Please keep in mind, checks are non-refundable after the deadline. Checks and forms received after the April 11 deadline cannot be accepted. 

 

 






  • MENU CHOICES (Select One) - All meals come with hot or cold soft beverages, water with lemon and chips. Dressings on the side.  
    SW Salad w/grilled chicken breast, veggies, shredded cheese, beans and avocado.
    Chicken Salad on croissant w/lettuce and tomato.
    Tuna Salad on wheat or white bread.
     Club Sandwich, ham, turkey, American Cheese, bacon, tomato, onion, lettuce, mayo on toasted wheat or white bread
    Dessert Select One: Strawberry & Cream Supreme Cake, Chocolate Ganache Supreme,
    or Vanilla Ice Cream.
